If you haven't had been to see the group show 'The Illustrated Recipe' I am exhibiting in at the moment this is the last week to view it as it ends this Sunday 26th May. Smithsonian Magazine Cover

I thought this may be of interest .... It's  the front cover for the June edition of Smithsonian magazine in the U.S.A where they have used my image of the Wool Chow Mein Fake-Away from my New York Show 'Kates' Diner'. 

The Illustrated Recipe Regency Banquet (in cake)

If you are not aware already I along with a few of my friends have joined forces to create a unique exhibition in Brighton called 'The Illustrated Recipe' (see details below) This weekend on Sunday 19th May from 2-5 we will be holding a very special regency style banquet that the Prince of Wales would have very much enjoyed eating. We are excited by the arrival of culinary artist Annabel de Vetten-Petersen who has created a banquet of extraordinary confectionary creations including a boars head made entirely from cake. If you are in central Brighton this Sunday why not come along and see the amazing work...... before it all gets eaten!

Cardigan Studio shop is open weekends throughout May

As well as being open during the week Monday - Friday 10.30- 6.00 we are open every weekend during the whole of May 12.00 - 6.00 as part of the Artists Open Houses www.aoh.org.uk. We have a MASSIVE sale of old stock including hand crocheted scarves from £25.00, cashmere cardigans at £35.00 and many other items discounted during these weekends. Artists Open Houses trail starts this weekend

Apart from all the exciting projects that have been happening so far this year I am also taking part in the Artists Open House trail which happens every year in Brighton. My shop Cardigan in Kemptown, Brighton will be open every weekend in May (as well as during the week) so if you are in Brighton why not come and pay us a visit? Opening Times are 12.00 - 6.00 Saturday and Sunday Monday -Friday 10.00 - 6.00
