Cardigan is taking part in the Christmas Artists Open House in Brighton which starts this weekend. Our theme for this year is a little fishy, but we also have lots of gorgeous knitted and crocheted items perfect for Christmas. We have a brand new range of cards, limited edition prints, original crocheted art pieces. We also have a wide variety of hats, scarves wraps and gloves perfect to keep you warm through the cold winter months. So come and pay us a visit we are open Monday -Friday 9.30 - 6.00 and for the Christmas period we are open Saturday and Sunday 27th/28, 4th/5yh, 11th/12th 11.00 am - 5.00p.m

POP UP GALLERY PAY&DISPLAY

Next week sees the opening of a pop up gallery in Brighton's North Laines. Throughout December the ephemeral emporium will house an array of exclusive limited edition prints, photography, mid century furniture and assorted accoutrements from : Cardigan (Kate Jenkins) Modern Toss. Maria Rivans, Gemma Booth and Sharon Elphick.

BRIGHTON COLLECTS AWARD

Brighton and Hove Museums and Made 10 each year sponsor a purchase award to buy contemporary craft work, which is housed in the museums specialist craft collection. This year I was delighted to be one of the exhibitors who was presented with this award. This battered cod and chips will soon be re-located to its new home at Brighton Museum for all to see.

We will be showing a vast array of new products including, original crocheted art pieces, limited edition prints, cushions, cards, scarves, and of course our famous knitted seagulls.
